滋賀県余呉にある「徳山鮓」に泊まってきました。有名な熟れ鮓でおいしいお酒を飲むためだけに、新幹線に乗っていくなんて、酔狂だよね、と言いながら大人５人で。
何も決めてない旅だったので、思いつきベースで途中下車したり、サイクリングしたり、思いがけず、徳山鮓以外でも楽しめる旅になりました。夕食の熟れ鮓はお酒と合って最高。ワインも日本酒も合わせて飲みました。んーまた行きたい。
